Hi everyone, Jessie here! I just got through a crazy busy week at work. Working overtime to get a job done can be really stressful, so here are some tips to help you get through!
1. Know that sometime the busy has to end. You won’t always be this stressed! You got this!
2. Prioritize. Write out everything you have to do and decide the order of importance for each task.
3. Take what little time you can for yourself. You can’t perform your best when you run yourself into the ground. When you can afford it, take a break.
